Beginning summer of 2017 CARA swim team will go year round with registration. This year, summer participants will have priority to keep their spots moving into fall session.
During fall registration on August 9 we will open up any remaining spots on the team. If spots are full, we encourage you to put your name on the waitlist. As openings occur we will contact individuals off the waitlist. If your child is 12 and under and gets called off the waitlist, individual tryouts will be held at that time.
When you register online, you will be registered for all sessions and you will have two payment options.
1) pay the first month fee of ($26); you will be required to sign an automatic monthly withdrawal contract.
2) pay the first session only ($104), then billed again in December ($104) and in April ($104);
If you choose $26 monthly, you will be required to set up an automatic monthly withdrawal contract. Payments will be withdrawn on the third of every month, September-July. If you choose the $104 you will be charged for the Fall session at that time and you will be billed $104 for the second session in mid-December, and $104 in April for Summer 2018.
No refunds will be given two weeks after the program begins.
Parents will be required to volunteer for at least one home meet per session or an additional $25 fee will be added.
