FIT FOR LIFE
Strength, balance, core and flexibility training designed for ages %%+ to maintain and improve function.
This class fuses strength training, moderate/high intensity aerobics, bench stepping circuit training and occasional outside cardio (weather permitting).
This intermediate spinning class takes you on and off the bike utilizing the track and handheld weights in an interval format. Class is recommended for intermediate and advanced riders

POWER FLOW YOGA
For the continuing yoga student who has an understanding of basic young postures. Intermediate poses require greater strength, flexibility and balance. Be ready to add arm balances and inversions to your practice, as well as increasing the difficulty of your poses.
POWER INTERVALS WITH CARDIO
This class combines weights, resistance training, jump ropes, plyometrics, sports conditioning and endurance cardio training.
Help improve sleep, reduce stress and prepare the body for childbirth. Deep breathing and gentle stretching exercises will help dissolve the common discomforts associated with pregnancy. this class is safe for women in all trimesters of pregnancy. Pre-registration required.

Upper body strength work with handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with nonimpact choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
The workout includes easy to follow low- impact movement and upper body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle. Floor option is available in this class.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
