If you would like to view City Records within the City Clerk's office, please print, complete and fax the Public Records Request to Records at 303-538-7224. Please call Records at 303-538-7615, to verify receipt of your request and if you have additional questions. You may also bring the completed request to the City Clerk's office, 9500 Civic Center Drive, second floor. Be advised that all written public records requests become a public record.
