The
Thornton Fire Department Life Safety House is a wonderful opportunity for
children
to learn how to escape safely from a smoke-filled environment as
well as practice calling 9-1-1.
Fire engine tours will be conducted
by actual firemen, and citizens can look forward
to meeting the Fire
Department's "larger than life" Dalmatian mascot, Safety Dog.
