Girls Gymnastics   6-18 Years
For all levels of girls gymnastics, gymnasts must pass to the next level or have the approval of the Gymnastics Specialist.

 

Beginner

Intermediate

Advanced Beginner

Pre-Team
This 1½-hour class will concentrate on the skills necessary to compete with the C.A.R.A. team. Gymnasts will begin to learn basic routines on each event. $41R/$49NR

Boys Gymnastics 6-14 years

Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling
This one-hour class is designed for kids who want to further their tumbling skills. Must be able to do back walkovers, backroll extensions and round-offs. $30R/$36NR

C.A.R.A.   Gymnastics Schedule
Ages 7-18

The Colorado Association of Recreational Athletics (C.A.R.A.) offers a recreational-based competitive gymnastics league. The training and skill development is a year-round program, and gymnasts will compete with gymnasts around the state during the competitive season (May through July).

 

Compulsory - Level IV
These girls must have passed pre-team gymnastics class or have the Gymnastics Specialist’s approval prior to registration. Practice days are Tuesday and Thursdays; 5:30 - 7:30 p

F.L.I.P.
(Fun Learning Independent Practice)

This time is set aside for anyone who would like to come in and use the gymnastics equipment.  Staff will be available in the gymnastics studio during this time.  Ages 6 and up.  Fee of $4R/$5NR not included in drop-in or annual pass fee.  Space is limited.  Fridays, 6:30 - 8:00 p

 

Tumbling-n-Tots
(Tiny Tots Gymnastics Open Gym)

Ages 5 and under welcome!  One hour of open gym time for your younger child.  Come play with the parachute, balls, balance beam, bars and everything else in the gymnastics studio! Please make other arrangements for children over the age of 5.
