Basic Cycle
Afraid to try a spinning class? This is just for you. Learn the basics of spin through a low-impact/high-intensity workout. This class is for beginner and intermediate riders.
Mondays:  8 - 9 a.m.
T/TH:  5:40 - 6:40a, 6 - 7 p.m.

Basic Yoga
Express the art of yoga through body and mind and reduce everyday stress.
M/W/F 6:15 - 7:30 a.m.
T/TH 6:30 - 7:45 a.m.; 8 - 9:15 p.m.
Saturday 10 - 11:15 a.m.

Cardio Blast
Get in and get it done! This 30-minute class will get you moving in no time.
T/TH 6:30 - 7 p.m.

Challenge Cycle
Challenge yourself with this very intense alternative spinning class workout, targeted to very conditioned riders.
M/W 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday 8 -9 a.m.
Wednesday 9:15 - 10:15 a.m.
Thursday  8 - 9:30 a.m.
Saturdays 7:30 - 9 a.m.

Interval Cycle
This intermediate spinning class takes you on and off the bike utilizing the track and hand-held weights in an interval format. Class is recommended for intermediate and advanced riders.
Friday 8:30 - 10 a.m.

Kick Your...Boot Camp
Looking for something new to challenge your body? This class warms up with basic, high-intensity moves, then moves to the floor for intense BOOT CAMPstyle cardio.
T/TH 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday 9 - 10:30 a.m.

Muscle Max
Follow the cardio workout with this intense challenging weight class.
T/TH: 7 - 8 p.m.

Pilates®
Pilates® will strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, improve flexibility and balance.
M/W: 7:30 - 8:45 p.m.
T/TH 11:45a.m. - 1 p.m.

Power Combo
This class will challenge you with a variety of high/low, step, sports conditioning, jump rope and power moves.
M/F 9 - 10:30 a.m.
Saturday 9 - 10 a.m.

Power Pack
Class focus is weights, strength training, athletic movements all using the resistance tools. All fitness levels welcome.
T/Th  9 - 10:30 a.m.

Senior Cardio
This progressive class is designed for those seniors who want a little more of a challenging workout.
Friday 8 - 9 a.m.

SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with standing circuit workout.  Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact choreography.  A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
M/W       8 - 9 a.m.
T/Th       10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
M/W/F  10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

SilverSneakers® YogaStretch
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
T/Th    8 - 9 a.m. 

Step Interval
This class fuses bench stepping with either weight training or moderate/high intensity aerobics. This "best of both worlds" class is guaranteed to cross-train your body and take your aerobic capacity to maximum levels.
M/W     5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Tighten and Tone
This powerful half-hour class is designed to strengthen all muscles in your body with the use of weights, tubes and balls.
M/W   5 - 5:30 p.m.

Total Body Toning
A full-hour cross-training, strictly muscle-toning class that uses weights and tubes, with no cardio impact.
M/W    6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
