The intent of the 2003 Eastlake Subarea Plan was to guide public and private
investment in the area, while preserving and enhancing the historic character of
Eastlake. The area covered by the 2003 Eastlake Subarea Plan was the land from
Lafayette Street east to Steele Street, from 122nd Avenue north to 128th Avenue.
The Eastlake Subarea Plan was adopted on May 27, 2003 and superseded by an update to the plan in 2017.
