The Community Recreation Center is open for triage / first aid needs as a Red Cross Shelter. Additionally, the Humane Society is set up at the Community Recreation Center to accept lost pets and allow individuals to claim any pets turned in. The center is available for information and assistance.
The Cornerstone neighborhood is still not open to the public or residents. This is due to gas leaks and other emergency issues. Updates will be available at this number, 970-674-3500, and at Town Hall 970-686-7476, as well as on the website at www.windsorgov.com. The Windsor Police non-emergency number is 970-686-7433.
THERE WILL BE A TOWN MEETING AT FRI., MAY 23, 11:00 AM AT THE COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER FOR RESIDENTS OF THIS NEIGHBORHOOD TO OBTAIN INFORMATION.
Some insurance agencies have disaster claims officer established at the Community Recreation Center as well. Any volunteers may contact the Centennial Chapter of the American Red Cross who is coordinating assistance and relief efforts.
