The City Council of the City of Thornton will hold a public hearing to annex and zone approximately 796.7 acres of property into the City of Thornton. The property is proposed to be zoned in compliance with the Colorado Revised Statutes, which requires property to be zoned within 90 days of annexation (Parterre zoning). Petition for annexation for this property was acknowledged by the City Council on April 8, 2008. The subject property is located generally between Holly Street on the west, Quebec on the east, East 152nd Avenue on the north and East 140th Avenue on the south (Parterre).

The property is proposed to be zoned in compliance with the Colorado Revised Statutes, which requires property to be zoned within 90 days of annexation (E-470 Annexation No. 2A). Petition for annexation for this property was acknowledged by the City Council on April 8, 2008. The subject properties is located adjacent to the E-470 Right-of-Way in unincorporated Adams County, Colorado. (E-470)
