The entire contents of the 2003 City of Thornton Standards and Specifications for the Design and Construction of Public Improvements is now available online. All contractors doing work in the City are required by code to have a copy of the most current version of these specs and to perform all work in accordance with them.
To download copies of the specifications and details, please use the links below. If you would like to purchase a hard copy of the specifications and a CD-ROM disc of the details, please come into our office at the Thornton
City Hall, 9500 Civic Center Drive. The cost for the hard copy and CD is $60.00.
