Garage sales and yard sales are allowed in all residential areas. Two sales, lasting no more than three days each are permitted at a residence in a 12-month period.

To advertise your garage sale, you may place one sign no larger than six square feet on your property where the sale is taking place. Additional signs may be placed on the community bulletin boards at the following locations...

• Hoffman Way just North of E. 88th Avenue
• E. 108th Avenue just West of Colorado Boulevard (near the entrance to the Multi-purpose fields)
• Sherwood Hills Park at approximately E. 100th Avenue and Clayton Street

Temporary signs advertising your sale may be placed in the City rights-of-way, but these signs must meet the restrictions set forth in the Information Guide to Garage Sale and Real Estate Signs.
