An Ordinance approving the Rezoning of three properties in Creekside Village consisting of approximately 0.338 acres. The first property is from Parks and Open Space to Single-Family Detached; the second property from Single-Family Detached to Parks and Open Space; and the third property from Parks and Open Space to Single-Family Detached (Creekside Village). (Second Reading) [600-PR]
An Ordinance vacating a portion of Riverdale Road right-of-way, north of East 88th Avenue for a distance of approximately 414 feet adjacent to the 88th and Colorado Retail – Thornton Crossing development. (First Reading) [600-PR]
A Resolution approving a Revocable Permit between the City of Thornton and Crazed Corn Field Maze LLC, for vehicular access across city-owned property to a corn maze on the adjacent farm. [720-PE]
