An Ordinance approving an amendment to the PD Zoning Standards for planning area 3 in the Homestead Hills PD Zoning District to allow an accessory car wash and removing the Specific Use Permit provision for auto service centers on Lot 7 in the Homestead Hills Commercial Center located northeast of the intersection of East 136th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard (Homestead Hills Filing #2).     4. A Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the U.S. Geological Survey, U.S. Department of the Interior and the City of Thornton to participate in the 2008 Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) project. [600-AG]
    5. A Resolution appointing Pamela Rutter and Vic Lucero to the Board of Directors of the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District. [840-OR]

    1. A Resolution approving the Service Plan for the Village at North Creek Metropolitan District and the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Thornton and the Village at North Creek Metropolitan District regarding the Service Plan for the District. [670-ME]
    2. An Ordinance approving the Rezoning of three properties in Creekside Village consisting of approximately 0.338 acres. The first property is from Parks and Open Space to Single-Family Detached; the second property from Single-Family Detached to Parks and Open Space; and the third property from Parks and Open Space to Single-Family Detached (Creekside Village). [600-PR]
  10. ACTION ITEMS
    1. A Resolution authorizing submission of a letter to support the North Creek Investors, LLC, owners of North Creek Apartments, application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Partial Payment of Claim. [600-PR]
