City Records

If you would like to view City Records within the City Clerk’s office, please print, complete and fax the Public Records Request to Records at 303-538-7224. Please call Records at 303-538-7615, to verify receipt of your request and if you have additional questions. You may also bring the completed request to the City Clerk’s office, 9500 Civic Center Drive, second floor.
