2. A Resolution stating Thornton’s intent to appropriate waters and directing the filing of an application seeking judicial confirmation of such appropriation by the water court and related actions (City-wide Augmentation Plan for Ponds). [880-GE]
3. A Resolution authorizing the City of Thornton to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement for Mutual Aid between Metro Area Fire Departments as a Participant. [400-AG]
