The Neighborhood Services Division was created to preserve and revitalize our neighborhoods, empower individuals to maintain and enhance their quality of life; and strengthen the City's capacity to work with neighborhood groups.

Our investment in healthy neighborhoods is an investment in the residents of Thornton, in a sense of community, and in an ethic of shared pride.

We deliver our programs and services through three focus areas:

• Community Engagement and Resources
• Neighborhood Preservation (Code Compliance)
