From December 26, 2007 and through December 31, 2007, City solid waste/recycle collection customers may place bagged gift wrapping paper and flattened holiday boxes at the curb for collection on their regularly scheduled trash collection day. Customers are encouraged to use their black containers first for those items, as well as their normal trash. Any bagged gift wrapping paper or flattened holiday boxes that will not fit in the trash containers should be placed at the curb next to the container for regular trash collection. Boxes and bags filled with household trash or debris will not be collected. All household trash must be placed in the black trash containers.
