A total of 21,937 tickets were filed in Thornton Municipal Court in 2011. These filings include 18,031 traffic tickets and 2,689 criminal complaints. In 2011 the Court handled 13,201 arraignments and 162 trials to the Court. A total of 334 prisoners were arraigned, with 1,283 arrest warrants being issued for persons who chose not to comply with judicial orders.
