Community service is often an option offered to juveniles under the age of 16. Community Service guidelines require the defendant to work a specific number of hours ordered by the judge at any non-profit organization. Schools, churches, and an elderly/disabled person (no relation) are additional worksites that may be accepted. All information on the log must be filled out completely and be legible, all hours will be verified upon filing with the court; all contact information on who you worked for is essential. You must ensure dates, hours, and work done are indicated and total hours are tallied before submitting the proof to the court.
