In order to participate in upcoming liquor licensing hearings, you must be a party in interest -- a resident or owner/manager of a business within the designated relevant neighborhood. As a party in interest, you have the opportunity to participate in hearings that determine the outcome of whether applications will be granted or denied.
You may contact the City Clerk’s Office to obtain a map of the relevant neighborhood to determine if you are considered a party in interest.
See the list below to view upcoming hearings. If you chose to submit petitions either in support of or in opposition to the application, standard petition forms are available in the City Clerk's Office, or can be printed from the link below.
Petitions are due the Friday prior to the public hearing. Applications for new liquor licenses are available for review in the City Clerk's Office, or contact us for other reviewing options.
