    2. An Ordinance approving an extension of the franchise agreement between Comcast of Colorado VIII, LLC and the City of Thornton from July 23, 2012 to July 23, 2013. (Second Reading) [240-AG]
    3. An Ordinance making appropriations for the City of Thornton, Colorado, for the fiscal year 2012 for all operating funds and making appropriations for all Capital Improvement Projects for the City of Thornton, Colorado, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2012, and continuing for each project until that project is completed or cancelled, and regulating the payment of money out of the City Treasury.     4. An Ordinance providing for the tax levy upon all taxable property in the City of Thornton, Colorado, for municipal purposes. [380-TX] (Second Reading)
    5. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance Number 3153 and reenacting an Ordinance revising and prescribing water rates and charges, sewer rates and charges, and solid waste charges for the operation and maintenance of the water, sewer and solid waste systems for the City of Thornton, Colorado.     6. An Ordinance adopting the second amendment to the 2011 budget amending section one of Ordinance 3152, making appropriations for the City of Thornton, Colorado, for the fiscal year 2011 for all funds except that appropriations for certain individual projects shall not lapse at year end but continue until the project is completed or cancelled. (First Reading) [380-BD]
    7. An Ordinance amending Section 54-46 of the Thornton City Code to modify pay upon demotion. (First Reading) [500-CA]
    8. A Resolution approving amendments to bylaws of the Businesses of Thornton Advisory Commission and the Thornton Revitalization Advisory Board of the City of Thornton. [340-BC & 600-BC]
    9. A Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Thornton and the Colorado Department of Transportation to provide Federal funding for design and right-of-way acquisition expenses including land agent fees, appraisals, title work, for the 120th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard Intersection Project.     10. A Resolution approving comments to the Colorado Department of Transportation Region 4 and the Federal Highway Administration regarding the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the North I-25 Corridor. [640-AG]
    11. A Resolution promoting the City of Thornton’s designation as a 2011 Playful City USA community by the national non-profit KABOOM!. [560-GE]
    12. A Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Thornton and Adams 12 Five Star Schools to work cooperatively in support of the Flat 14er Initiative. [220-GE]
