An Ordinance approving the Rezoning of approximately 206 acres of property located generally at the northeast corner of the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and State Highway 7 from Development Reserve to Planned Development, Parks and Open Space and Business Park, and approving the North End Station Overall Development Plan/Conceptual Site Plan and PD Standards. An Ordinance adopting the third amendment to the 2009 Budget amending Section one of Ordinance 3081, making appropriations for the City of Thornton for the fiscal year 2009 for all funds except that appropriations for certain individual projects shall not lapse at year end but continue until the project is completed or cancelled. 2. A Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Thornton and Adams 12 Five Star Schools for the purchase and sale of properties and improvements thereon. [600-PR]
3. A Resolution ratifying a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated October 19, 2009, with the Colorado – Nebraska District of the Wesleyan Church for the purchase of a church located at 9211 Dorothy Boulevard, Thornton, Colorado. [560-PR]
