- An Ordinance vacating Eastlake Avenue south of East 126th Avenue for a distance of approximately 1179 feet and East 126th Avenue west of Lafayette Street for a distance of approximately 798 feet and retaining temporary access and existing utility easements in the area to be vacated (Thornton Municipal Service Center Filing No. 2). - An Ordinance approving the Annexation of 62.722 acres of property in Section 7 and Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 67 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Adams, State of Colorado and assigning the annexed property to Ward 3, located north of East 152nd Avenue between Holly Street and Monaco Street (Westwood Annexation). - An Ordinance approving the Zoning of 57.99 acres to Single-Family Detached and 5.64 acres to Parks and Open Space located north of East 152nd Avenue between Holly Street and Monaco Street for Single-Family Detached and Parks uses. (Westwood Zoning). (Second Reading) [600-PR]
- An Ordinance amending Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code by adding three new zoning districts, Section 18-204 Employment Center District, Section 18-205 Mixed Use District and Section 18-206 Office/Institutional District; amending Section 18-203 to include additional prohibited uses in the North Washington Subarea Overlay District; and amending various Sections to include references to the three new zoning districts. - A Resolution approving a Comprehensive Plan Amendment for approximately 206 acres to change the designation of the property from Urban Village to Mixed Use and Parks and Open Space and amending the Future Land Use Map for property located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and State Highway 7.
