1. Approval of Minutes June 8, 2010, Regular City Council Meeting. [220-BC]
2. An Ordinance adopting the Third Amendment to the 2010 Budget amending Section One of Ordinance 3105, making appropriations for the City of Thornton, Colorado, for the fiscal year 2010 for all funds except that appropriations for certain individual projects shall not lapse at year end but continue until the project is completed or cancelled. (Second Reading) [380-BD]
3. An Ordinance amending Sections 26-393, 26-394, 26-397 and 26-399 of the Thornton City Code increasing the time period within which taxpayers may pay or protest tax assessments, or protest refund denials, and pertaining to protest hearing procedures. (First Reading) [500-CA]
4. A Resolution approving the First Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement among the Regional Transportation District, Adams County, and the cities of Northglenn and Thornton for the South Thornton/Northglenn Call-N-Ride. [720-AG1]

A public hearing regarding an Ordinance amending Section 18-231 of the Thornton City Code to revise the definitions and requirements related to prohibitions on medical marijuana uses in the City of Thornton and Section 26-391 to provide criteria for denial of a sales and use tax business license if the City Code prohibits a use. [500-CA] [Public Hearing]
10. ACTION ITEMS
1. An Ordinance amending Sections 38-521 and 38-523 of Chapter 38 of the Thornton City Code pertaining to the adoption of the 2010 revised edition of the Model Traffic Code for Colorado and setting the public hearing date for July 27, 2010. (First Reading) [500-CA]
