    4. A Resolution authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Thornton and Adams County for the design, construction, maintenance, and operation of a traffic signal at the 120th Avenue and Quebec Street intersection. [780-AG]

A Resolution authorizing the First Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement among the Cities of Thornton and Westminster, Adams County and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District to participate in the additional costs of major drainageway planning and flood hazard area delineation for Big Dry Creek.
