1. Approval of Minutes August 11, 2009, Regular and August 18, 2009 Special City Council Meeting. [220-BC]
2. An Ordinance amending Section 38-523 of the Thornton City Code pertaining to local amendments to the Model Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities to regulate the distance at which an operator of a motor vehicle shall stop when a school bus signals a stop. (Second Reading) [500-CA]
3. An Ordinance making appropriations for the City of Thornton, Colorado, for the Fiscal Year 2010 for all operating funds and making appropriations for all Capital Improvement Projects for the City of Thornton, Colorado, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010, and continuing for each project until that project is completed or cancelled, and regulating the payment of money out of the City Treasury. 4. An Ordinance providing for the tax levy upon all taxable property in the City of Thornton, Colorado, for municipal purposes. (Second Reading) [380-TX]
5. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance numbers 3084 and 3098 and reenacting an ordinance revising and prescribing water rates and charges, sewer rates and charges, and solid waste charges for the operation and maintenance of the water, sewer and solid waste systems for the City of Thornton, Colorado. 6. A Resolution approving an Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement among Adams County, City and County of Broomfield, and the municipalities of

7. An Ordinance designating the use of the Uniform Election Code for November 3, 2009 Regular Municipal Election. (First Reading) [360-GE]

An Ordinance adopting the Second Amendment to the 2009 Budget amending Section one of Ordinance 3081, making appropriations for the City of Thornton for the Fiscal Year 2009 for all funds except that appropriations for certain individual projects shall not lapse at year end but continue until the project is completed or cancelled.
