    3. A Resolution authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Thornton and Adams 12 Five Star Schools, for a joint School Resource Officer Program. [620-AG]
    4. A Resolution approving perpetual non-exclusive easements on Thornton’s Farm 44 to Tri-State Generation and Transmission, Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association, and Public Service Company of Colorado, as part of the Tri-State Richard Lake to Waverly Project. [320-AG]
    5. A Resolution approving Vote Center Facilities Use Agreements between the Adams County Clerk and Recorder and the City of Thornton which authorizes the use of portions of city-owned facilities as vote center locations beginning in 2010 and terminating in November 2013. [360-AG]
    6. A Resolution appointing a member to the Businesses of Thornton Advisory Commission and a member to the Development Permits and Appeals Board. [340-BC]

    1. A public hearing regarding a Resolution approving the Service Plans for Bramming Farm Metropolitan District Nos. 1 and 2 and the Intergovernmental Agreements between the City of Thornton and Bramming Farm Metropolitan District Nos. 1 and 2 regarding the Service Plans for the Districts.     1. A Resolution opposing Amendments 60 & 61, and Proposition 101 and urging Thornton citizens to vote no on these statewide ballot initiatives. [220-GE]
