An Ordinance adopting the Second Amendment to the 2010 Budget amending Section One of Ordinance 3105, making appropriations for the City of Thornton, Colorado, for the fiscal year 2010 for all funds except that appropriations for certain individual projects shall not lapse at year end but continue until the project is completed or cancelled. (Second Reading) [380-BD]
    3. An Ordinance amending Section 22 of Ordinance number 3107 prescribing water rates and charges, sewer rates and charges, and solid waste charges for the operation and maintenance of the water, sewer and solid waste systems for the City of Thornton, Colorado, extending the Thornton Water Assistance Program. (Second Reading) [840-WS]
    4. An Ordinance amending Section 26-182 and enacting Section 26-230 of the Thornton City Code to establish a preference for City of Thornton businesses in sealed and informal competitive bidding. (Second Reading) [500-CA]
    5. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance Number 2764 and adopting the revised Standards and Specifications for the Design and Construction of Public and Private Improvements, 2010 Edition. (First Reading) [640-PR]
    6. A Resolution amending Section 12 of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Thornton and the City of Brighton regarding future growth areas. [600-AG1]
    7. A Resolution commending James Hall for his service as a member of the Businesses of Thornton Advisory Commission. [340-BC]
    8. A Resolution commending Moses Debord III for his service as a member of the Thornton Revitalization Advisory Board. [600-BC5]
    9. A Resolution commending Rick Perez for his service on the Election Commission. [360-BC]
    10. A Resolution approving the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Thornton and North End Metropolitan District No. 1 regarding the Service Plan for the District. [670-ME]
  9. PUBLIC HEARINGS
    1. A public hearing regarding an Ordinance amending Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code and Section 1 of Ordinance 2782 to codify the five Eastlake Zoning Districts as Sections 18-210 to 18-214, with additional amendments to various sections to include references to the Eastlake Zoning Districts; amending Chapter 18 to define solar collectors as an accessory use in Section 18-356(15) and adding allowances for solar collectors in all zoning districts; amending Chapter 18 to require neighborhood meetings, increase notice distance requirements, and expand and update street naming and numbering requirements; and amending Chapter 18 to incorporate criteria for review, amend application processes, and update the code to reflect existing practices.
