2. A Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Thornton and the Lakeview Estates Water District for the connection of Lakeview Estates customers to the City water system. [670-ME]
3. A Resolution authorizing negotiations and, if necessary, eminent domain proceedings to acquire property interests necessary for the acquisition of easements for the connection of Lakeview Estates Water District customers to the City water system. [670-ME]
4. An Ordinance amending Section 26-182 and enacting Section 26-230 of the Thornton City Code to establish a preference for City of Thornton businesses in sealed and informal competitive bidding. (First Reading) [500-CA]
