Former Target Store Location Rezoning                                                                

 The City Council of the City of Thornton will conduct a public hearing concerning a Rezoning application from Community Retail (CR) to Planned Development (PD) for approximately 15 acres of land to allow a mixture of land uses to be developed on the properties including retail, commercial, office and office/warehouse, and higher density residential land uses (104th Avenue Redevelopment - Former Target Site).  The subject properties are generally located south of E. 104th Avenue between Grant Street and Washington Street, north of the Quail Ridge Apartments.

Yorktowne Subdivision - The Gathering Community Church Day Care

The Development Permits and Appeals Board of the City of Thornton will conduct a public hearing concerning a Development Permit/Specific Use Permit to allow a day care facility in an existing church.  The subject property is located south of East 120th Avenue and east of York Street - 11989 Saint Paul Street (Yorktowne Subdivision).

Amendments to Chapter 10, 2012 International Codes and 2011 National Electrical Code                                                                   

Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the Building Code Advisory Board of the City of Thornton, Colorado, for the purpose of recommending to City Council the adoption of amendments to Chapter 10, Articles I, II and III, and the proposed 2012 editions of the International Codes, the 2011 edition of the National Electrical Code and local amendments thereto.  At least one copy of the Code above, set out and referred to for this hearing, shall be filed in the office of the Building Inspection Division at least ten days preceding the above-stated public hearing and may be inspected during regular business hours.
