Former Target Store Location Rezoning
The City Council of the City of Thornton will conduct a public hearing concerning a Rezoning application from Community Retail (CR) to Planned Development (PD) for approximately 15 acres of land to allow a mixture of land uses to be developed on the properties including retail, commercial, office and office/warehouse, and higher density residential land uses (104th Avenue Redevelopment - Former Target Site). The subject properties are generally located south of E. 104th Avenue between Grant Street and Washington Street, north of the Quail Ridge Apartments.
