Neighborhoods help to define the unique character of a community. When neighborhoods are healthy and vibrant, residents prosper, the local economy grows, and there is a sense of shared pride.  The Neighborhood Services Division was created to preserve healthy neighborhoods, revitalize neighborhoods that have lost vibrancy, and empower individuals to maintain and enhance the quality of life in their neighborhood.
