Colorado Legal Services offers self-help legal information for civil legal matters, a list of legal clinics and other referral information for low-income residents.  Call 303-837-1321 for more information. 

Tenant Rights, Laws and Protection provides information on what tenants are responsible for, legal assistance and services and the Colorado laws and statutes associated with renting. 

Colorado Renters Guide provides information on tenant rights and what to look for before you rent an apartment. 

Community Housing Services offers a Landlord/Tenant Counseling Program which includes information on leases, the legal eviction process, security deposits, rent increases, harassment, privacy problems, abandoned property, and other aspects of Colorado law.  For additional information call 303-831-1750.
