The 2012 Application Process

2012 applications will be accepted from Monday, December 12, 2011 to Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 5:00 pm.
- Applicants must complete the Colorado Common Grant Application (CGA) and attachments, found online at www.coloradocommongrantforms.org. Late applications will not be accepted. Incomplete applications submitted by the deadline will be noted as incomplete and forwarded to the TAF committee as submitted. Business brochures and handouts are not encouraged.
- Include in the application how many Thornton residents your program/organization serves or will serve with City funding.
- Program applications will be evaluated by their demonstrated benefit to the Thornton community, with priority placed on programs that provide the greatest impact to Thornton residents.
- One original hardcopy (signed and dated) should be submitted. No staples please. E-mailed or faxed applications will not be accepted. Applications can be delivered in two ways:
By Mail (must be received by January 11 at 5:00 pm):

In Person (must be received by January 11 at 5:00 pm):
9500 Civic Center Drive. Drop off at the Planning/City Development counter (west entrance).

All nonprofits that are funded will be required to complete the Colorado Common Grant Report at the end of the 2012 calendar year and may be subject to an on-site visit to review agency financial and client records, as applicable.
