Construction Drawings
Construction Drawings are detailed working documents that define the work to be constructed for specific sites or projects and adhere to the City of Thornton Standards and Specifications. Construction Drawings are not used to permit the construction of a building or structure. Visit the Building Inspection webpage for a building permit. Before you can obtain a Construction Permit you must submit Construction Drawings accompanied by a Traffic Report, Drainage Report, and Utility Report for approval.
