Development Engineering 

The City of Thornton, through its Development Engineering Division, is responsible for plan reviews, inspections and permitting for infrastructure and landscape improvements for commercial and residential projects.

Standards and Specifications

All contractors doing work in the City are required by code to have a copy of the most current version of these specs and to perform all work in accordance with them.
