The City of Thornton is hosting a FREE workshop designed to educate individuals seeking to purchase a home for the first time.  Community Resources and Housing Development Corporation (CRHDC) is a HUD certified counseling agency, and will instruct attendees on real estate contracts, credit scores, mortgages, down-payment and closing cost assistance and much more.  The workshop begins at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 3:30 p.m.  Lunch will be provided.
