The entire community is invited to read the book To Kill a Mockingbird, a classic whose 1930s themes are relevant in this age of economic uncertainty. Then join us on Wednesday evenings for a variety of programs that explore topics from the book and historical era.
February 29: Film screening and an audience discussion on the topic: Dancing in the Dark: Culture and Art during the Great Depression.
Programming will take place from January to April at the Thornton Arts & Culture Center, 9209 Dorothy Boulevard. All programs begin at 6:30 p.m.
