spinning class workout, targeted to
very conditioned riders.

Interval Cycle
This intermediate spinning class takes you
on and off the bike utilizing the track and
hand-held weights in an interval format. Class
is recommended for intermediate and
advanced riders.
Friday 8:30 - 10 a.m.
Kick Your...Boot Camp
Looking for something new to challenge your
body? This class warms up with basic,
high-intensity moves, then moves to the
floor for intense BOOT CAMPstyle cardio.

Muscle Max
Follow the cardio workout with this intense challenging weight class.

Pilates®
Pilates® will strengthen and tone muscles,
improve posture, improve flexibility and

Power Combo
This class will challenge you with a variety of
high/low, step, sports conditioning, jump
rope and power moves.

Class focus is weights, strength training, athletic
movements all using the resistance tools. All fitness levels welcome.

Senior Cardio
This progressive class is designed for those
seniors who want a little more of a challenging
workout.
Friday 8 - 9 a.m.
SilverSneakers® Cardio
Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular
endurance power with standing circuit workout. Upper body strength
work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is
alternated with non-impact choreography. A chair is offered for
support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Strength & Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed
to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily
living skills Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a
ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or
standing support.

SilverSneakers®
YogaStretch
YogaStretch will move your whole body through
a complete series of seated and standing
yoga poses. Chair support is offered to
safely perform a variety of postures
increase flexibility, balance and range
of movement.

Step Interval
This class fuses bench stepping with either
weight training or moderate/high intensity aerobics.
This "best of both worlds"
class is guaranteed to cross-train your
body and take your aerobic capacity to
maximum levels.

Tighten and Tone
This powerful half-hour class is designed
to strengthen all muscles in your body
with the use of weights, tubes and
balls.
M/W 5 - 5:30 p.m.
Total Body Toning
A full-hour cross-training, strictly muscle-toning class that uses
weights and tubes, with no cardio
impact.
M/W 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
