Classes?
Yes, our classes are designed to meet the needs of persons at different
levels of fitness. Modifications for lower or higher intensity are
provided during each class to ensure your best workout. Participants must
recognize that all classes of a physical nature involve some risk and by
participating in a class of this there is an assumption of risk by the
participant. Even though the classes have been carefully structured for
safety, it is your responsibility to go at your own pace and keep your personal
safety in mind.
NEW FITNESS PARTICIPANTS!!
Prior to starting any type of fitness program it is recommended that you
consult your physician. You need to be aware of your own limitations
for your safety and protection. Our classes are designed to meet the needs
of persons at different fitness levels. You are encouraged to participate
on a regular basis and to exercise at your own fitness level.

Conditioning center desk; cards will be kept on file there.

class; Participants will work on their own at their own pace. The lazy
