The Stormwater Phase II Permit requires the City of Thornton to implement six minimum control measures over the next permitted period of 2008 - 2013. These minimum control measures are as follows:

  • Public Education and Outreach
  • Public Participation and Involvement
  • Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination
  • Construction Site Runoff Control
  • Post Construction Site Runoff Control
  • Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping
