Alternative Sentencing Program

The Alternative Sentencing Program may be court ordered by the Judge, or may be offered by the Hearing Officer provided you are able to meet the criteria necessary to qualify for the program. This program allows a defendant to work off their fines and court costs within a city department. If restitution or OJW fees are owed, they may not be worked off through this program. They must be paid.
