Thornton Kicks Off Transportation Plan

Open House on October 9

THORNTON, CO… You are invited to attend the “kick-off” Open House for the Thornton Transportation Plan. Do you use the City’s roads, bike lanes, trails and RTD bus service? Are you interested in how the City’s transportation system will work in the future?

The City is preparing a long-range Transportation Plan covering a broad range of issues including automobile, traffic, bike and pedestrian trail systems and transit.

The public is invited to attend the “kick-off” Open House for the Transportation Plan where the commu­nity can find out more about the planning process and scope of the project.

There will also be an opportunity to contribute to the plan and ask questions about transportation issues in Thornton.

Day: Thursday, October 9
Time: Between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.
