Thornton’s Harvest Fest offers fall family fun

September 6 at Thornton’s Community Park

THORNTON, CO…Kick off the fall season with Thornton’s Harvest Fest! It's a fun festival for the whole family. Harvest Fest takes place Saturday, September 6 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. in Community Park at 2141 E. 95th Ave.

This year the fun includes:  

• Kids Fishing Derby, Grandview Ponds, 7-10 a.m.
• Pancake Breakfast, Senior Center, 7:30-9:30 a.m.
• Skatepark Competition, Community Park, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Salsa Tasting Contest, Community Park, 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Hispanic Culture Expo, Community Park, 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• The Bazaar, Community Park, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Food Court, Community Park, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Beer Gardens, 21 and older. Two drink limit. Photo ID required.
• Wagon Rides, Community Park, Noon - 3 p.m.
• Larkridge Main Stage Entertainment, on the hour, from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Dance stage performances: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
