The intent of the Eastlake Subarea Plan is to guide public and private investment in the area, while preserving and enhancing the historic character of Eastlake. The area covered by the Eastlake Subarea Plan is the land from Lafayette Street east to Steele Street, from 122nd Avenue north to 128th Avenue.
