SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL SITE SPECIFIC DETACHED HOUSES (AND
DUPLEXES) BUILT FROM A MASTER PLAN REVIEW (ALSO KNOWN AS "BOILER
PLATES")
Submittal for residential boiler plate reviews must include:
- Site specific Permit Application with contact person, phone number and full
valuation.
- Site specific Soils Report - wet-stamped and wet-signed.
- List of options to be built on that house (those that affect square feet)
with the area of each option. List this in the "Description of
Work" on the application.
- 2 original plot plans (not faxed copies) on letter size paper.
- 2 sets of site specific elevations on letter size paper.
Additional Information needed on the application:
- Model number or plan number
- Square footage of finished, unfinished, and garage areas for the base model
- Which elevation (A, B, C, etc.) is this particular house going to be?
- Subdivision name, filing, and phase (if there is no phase, put "no
phase").
- Circle which type of foundation you will use for this house.
