SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL SITE SPECIFIC DETACHED HOUSES (AND DUPLEXES) BUILT FROM A MASTER PLAN REVIEW (ALSO KNOWN AS "BOILER PLATES")

Submittal for residential boiler plate reviews must include:
  1. Site specific Permit Application with contact person, phone number and full valuation.
  2. Site specific Soils Report - wet-stamped and wet-signed.
  3. List of options to be built on that house (those that affect square feet) with the area of each option.  List this in the "Description of Work" on the application.
  4. 2 original plot plans (not faxed copies) on letter size paper.
  5. 2 sets of site specific elevations on letter size paper.
Additional Information needed on the application:
  1. Model number or plan number
  2. Square footage of finished, unfinished, and garage areas for the base model
  3. Which elevation (A, B, C, etc.) is this particular house going to be?
  4. Subdivision name, filing, and phase (if there is no phase, put "no phase").
  5. Circle which type of foundation you will use for this house.
