DP 2007-026 A Resolution to consider approval of a site plan, landscape plan and architectural elevations to develop a 41,904 square-foot four-story, 124 room hotel (Falk Industrial Tract Subdivision, Filing No. 1 - Value Place Hotel) (located at the southwest corner of West 84th Avenue and I-25 at the terminus of West 83rd Place at 8215 Sherman Street).
V 2007-004 A Resolution for a Variance to consider approval to allow a pole sign that exceeds the maximum pole sign height of 30 feet by 20 feet, and exceeds the maximum pole sign area of 80 square feet by 100 square feet for a proposed hotel (Falk Industrial Tract Subdivision, Filing No. 1 - Value Place Hotel) (located on the southwest corner of West 84th Avenue and I-25 at the terminus of West 83rd Place at 8215 Sherman Street).
