Welcome to the Adult Programs information page. Because the adult classes are coordinated by staff at the Thornton Senior Center, we encourage you to call there first to sign up for any adult activity as well as the computer classes.

Class Registration Information

For a current list of classes, please visit our Online Registration website. You can search by Activity Type (Adult Programs and Activities) to narrow the list of choices.

Please note: before using online registration to sign up for an activity, you will need to obtain a user name and password from the registration office at the Carpenter Recreation Center. Click here to submit a request for a user name and password, or call 720-977-5901. To simply view activity information, you can log-in as a Guest.

Some Helpful Online Registration Tips

• If an activity is full, please add your name to the waitlist, as we will set up additional classes if possible.
• For activity descriptions click the under Notes section for each activity.

Registration Policy

Payment must be made upon registration. If a class, trip or activity enrollment is full, you are encouraged to place your name on a waiting list, and we will call you when cancellations arise or additional openings are created.

Refunds

If an activity is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, registrants may choose to receive a household credit or a full refund. Activity cancellations must be made before the registration period ends to receive a refund (usually 3 business days prior to the first day of class). If you cancel after the registration deadline, your refund will depend on whether your reservation is sold. Please allow up to three weeks to receive a refund.
