A Resolution acknowledging receipt of a petition for Cundall Farms Annexation and establishing December 2, 2008, as the date of hearing on the requested annexation to the City of Thornton of a portion of Section 11 and Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Adams, State of Colorado.     3. A Resolution acknowledging receipt of a petition for the Big Dry Creek Conservation Parcel Annexation and establishing December 2, 2008, as the date of hearing on the requested annexation to the City of Thornton of a portion of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Adams, State of Colorado. (Big Dry Creek) [120-AG]
    4. An Ordinance vacating W. 103rd Avenue right-of-way, between Ura Lane and Quivas Street for a distance of approximately 1,261 feet adjacent to the Landmark Towers development and retaining exclusive water, sanitary sewer, access, drainage and pre-existing utility easements in the area to be vacated.     1. An Ordinance approving the Conceptual Site Plan/Overall Development Plan and Rezoning of approximately 3.84 acres from Multifamily to Planned Development and amending the zoning map for property located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Gale Boulevard and Huron Street. (Autumn Creek Advance Self Storage) (Second Reading) [600-PR]
    2. An Ordinance amending Section 38-641 and enacting a new Section 38-646 of the Thornton City Code concerning the regulation of neighborhood electric vehicles. (Second Reading) [500-CA]
    3. An Ordinance amending Sections 38-386, 38-421, 38-422, 38-424 and repealing Section 38-425 of the Thornton City Code authorizing towing motor vehicles advertised for sale on private property in non-residential zoning districts, on vacant private property in any zoning district, or on public roadways. (Second Reading) [500-CA]
    4. A Resolution making recommendations to the Regional Transportation District regarding options for future FasTracks implementation and the Level 5 Screening recommendations to advance the Draft Environmental Impact Statement. [220-GE]
